Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
For customized or pre-order items, additional processing time may apply. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Shipping (Greece): 2-5 business days
EU & International Shipping: 5-10 business days (shipping times may vary based on location)
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders):
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hair Skills Pro is not responsible for delays due to customs
Returns & Exchanges
Digital Products & Courses:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on downloadable content, masterclasses, or online courses.
Physical Products:
We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hairskillspro@gmail.com. You will receive instructions on how to return your product.
Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
