This Model Release and Image Use Agreement (the “Agreement”) forms part of the Website Terms and Conditions of HairSkillsPro and applies to all photographic, video, and audiovisual material created by Christos Michailidis and/or HairSkillsPro. By participating in any photoshoot, video recording, or creative production, or by submitting content to HairSkillsPro platforms, the individual (the “Model”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.

1. PARTIES

This Agreement is entered into between:

Creator / Rights Holder:

Christos Michailidis, Photographer, Hair Artist, Creative Director & Educator, Founder of HairSkillsPro Operating under the brand HairSkillsPro (collectively referred to as the “Creator”). and

Model:

Any individual appearing in photographs, videos, or other visual content created by the Creator.

2. GRANT OF RIGHTS

The Model irrevocably grants to the Creator the unrestricted, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free right to:

• Photograph, film, and record the Model’s image, likeness, voice, appearance, and performance.

• Use, reproduce, publish, distribute, modify, edit, adapt, crop, retouch, and combine the content with other material.

Use the content for commercial and non-commercial purposes, including but not limited to:

• Website and platform content

• Educational material and masterclasses

• Advertising, branding, and marketing campaigns

• Social media platforms

• Editorial publications

• Online courses, digital products, and promotional assets

• This grant includes all present and future media formats, whether known or unknown.

3. Ownership & Copyright

All photographs, videos, and creative materials are and shall remain the exclusive intellectual property of Christos Michailidis and HairSkillsPro.

The Model acknowledges that:

• No ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights are transferred to the Model.

• The Creator retains full creative and editorial control over the final content.

4.  Waiver of Approval & Compensation

The Model waives:

• Any right to inspect or approve the final images or content.

• Any claim to additional compensation, royalties, or future payments, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Participation may be voluntary, paid, or unpaid, as mutually agreed prior to production.

5. Release of Liability

The Model releases and holds harmless the Creator from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising from:

• Use of the images or content

• Alteration, distortion, or artistic interpretation of the content

• Claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or moral rights

6. Moral Rights Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Model waives any moral rights, including the right to attribution or integrity, in connection with the use of the content.

7. Age & Legal Capacity

The Model confirms that:

• They are at least 18 years of age, or

• If under 18, a parent or legal guardian has provided written consent.

• The Model confirms they have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

8. No Obligation to Use
Nothing in this Agreement obligates the Creator to publish or use the content.

9. Termination

This Agreement is irrevocable and does not expire. Once content is created, consent cannot be withdrawn.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Greece. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
 

11. Website Integration

These Model Release Terms form an integral part of the HairSkillsPro Website Terms and Conditions. By participating in any HairSkillsPro production or submitting content, the Model agrees to be bound by these terms.
