At Hair Skills Pro, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times: Domestic (Greece): 2–5 business days EU Countries: 5–10 business days International: 7–15 business days Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders): Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Hair Skills Pro is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love what you receive. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Digital Products & Courses: Due to the nature of digital goods and instant access, all sales are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted for digital courses, masterclasses, or downloadable materials. Physical Products (if applicable): Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. How to Initiate a Return: Email us at hairskillspro@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective. We will provide instructions for your return. Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
